In the first milestone of ToDoRegister covers basic functionality for event management tool.

Features for next milestones

In the next iterations functionality can be easy extended.

Possible features for future milestones are:

• Inserting of event into desired calendar instead of default.
• Aggregate events from different accounts.
• Events from different calendars have different colors.

Appraisal of milestone 1

The project plan was twice adapted, because effort estimates were to optimistic. A lot of time was spent into setup of main project infrastructure. However the basic functionality was delivered at time. The stable basis is laid for the future activities.
